Production time

Our standard designs are made to order. Allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Personalized prints begin production after design confirmation; custom quote timing is agreed separately. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping

NEXORA 3D offers shipping only; local pickup is not available. Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address. Review your address and shipping selection before paying.

Order updates

Order and shipping updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information is included when available. For delivery questions, address corrections or a damaged shipment, contact nexorasupportteams@gmail.com with your order number.
