Returns and order problems

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check your selected options, dimensions and personalization details before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email nexorasupportteams@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not send an item back without contacting us first.
