FAQ
Good questions. Straight answers.
How long does printing take?
Production time depends on model complexity, quantity and the current queue. The confirmed quote or product page gives a production estimate. Delivery transit time is separate.
What materials do you use?
Choose PLA, PETG, Matte PLA or Silk PLA where available. Ask us about your intended use before choosing a material.
What file formats do you accept?
Use STL, 3MF or OBJ models, or PNG, JPG and WebP reference photos. You can request a quote with just a description. Include your intended dimensions and units; every custom request is reviewed before pricing.
Can you design something for me?
Submit an idea, dimensions and reference pictures through the custom print request form. We will review the scope and quote design work separately.
Can you reproduce a broken part?
Send photos, measurements and the intended use. We will assess feasibility and any fitting or strength requirements before quoting.
How much does printing cost?
Cost depends on material, size, quality, supports, machine time and finishing. We review custom requests and send a quote for approval before payment and production.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Quantity discounts can apply to eligible orders. For larger runs or a specific deadline, request bulk pricing.
Do you ship?
Shipping availability and charges are shown at checkout. Production and shipping times are separate. We offer shipping only; local pickup is not available.
What happens if my print fails?
We assess the cause, update your order and arrange reprinting or contact you if the model needs changes.
Can you print functional parts?
We can review functional parts, but material, orientation, tolerances and intended loads matter. Tell us how the part will be used.
Can you print copyrighted models?
You must own the design or have permission to reproduce it. We may request proof of rights before accepting a job.
What colors are available?
Available options appear on each product page. For a custom print, request up to four colors and describe where each should go. We confirm filament availability and the layout with your quote.
